Erin and I normally agree on just about everything. Especially when it comes to photography. And food. And movies. And TV. And life. But I digress. Every so often, though, we don’t agree 1000% on what we like better from one image to another.
This image happens to be one of those times. Erin likes the image without the bonnet ever so slightly more than the one with the bonnet. And I feel the opposite!
Actually, though, we like them both for different reasons. We love that in the baby-only image all you can do is look at the baby and her features. My eyes go to her cheeks. The image with the bonnet is just a beautiful image as a whole. We like the perfect little bow, the texture of the bonnet, the way her elbow droops a tiny bit, and of course the baby as a whole!
So there you have it. You now know that we think far too much about every last little detail in the images we create. I guess that is a good quality in professional photographers!
